Dan King’s 30 years of business experience includes senior level corporate roles in consumer service enterprises and leading a consulting firm focused on mid-market business transformation.  This diverse background provides Dan with a solid understanding of what is required to improve individual and organizational performance in today’s dynamic business environment.

Prior to Close Reach, Dan held a senior executive role with a mid-market enterprise that delivered double digit revenue growth for five out of six years and was named winner of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetter Award in 2010.  In December, 2012 Inc. magazine ranked the business as one of the fastest growing companies for the fifth year since 2005.

Dan is an accomplished speaker, strategy planning facilitator, advisor to senior executives and organizational consultant.  He has developed white papers on topics such as Hidden RealitiesWhat Leaders don’t know about their Business and Why; Strategy Planning – Leveraging Data to Plan the Future; Why Execution in Business is so Allusive and Talent Density – The Key to Hyper-Growth.

Earlier in his career, Dan held senior roles at Equifax and Kinder Care Learning Centers, organizations with 10,000 and 18,000 employees respectively.

Kathryn Allen

Kathryn Allen specializes in locating and attracting game changers for venture backed, fast growth companies. Her 15 years of executive search experience with both global and boutique retained search firms has provided the insight which led to a specialized talent acquisition model for hyper growth companies. Known for developing a deep understanding of a client’s business, Kathryn employs a persuasive and energetic persona to compel sought after executives to engage in discussion with her clients in spite of low brand recognition. Kathryn’s unique sourcing and screening methods open the door for mid-stage businesses, giving them access to the top tier talent needed to accelerate growth.

Kathryn is intentionally selective when accepting assignments and purposefully undertakes detailed due diligence with prospective clients in order to thoroughly understand business drivers, the growth proposition and culture.
